I went to purchase a hoover today and waited half an hour before anyone acknowledged me. I asked the manager to help me he said he was busy. I decided to carry the hoover myself down thr stairs and no one helped. I then went to pay to then be told I had picked up a hoover that was not the one for the price displayed. Shocking customer service I wouldn't even buy a plug from here now

Went to Currys Salisbury on 06th Nov. Spent 780 pounds buying a washer dryer and a freezer. Paid 30 pounds delivery charge, to be delivered on 15th Nov. Got a msg on phone on 14th Nov that product will be delivered on 15th Nov between 1500hrs to 1900hrs. Started tracking the delivery at 3.00pm on 15th Nov. Kept tracking till 0635pm but still showing pending. Got a phone call from Curry delivery driver, and he said he can't deliver the product today, you will get a call from Coustomer care, OK. He was so rude and didn't gave me a chance to say a word. He just banged the phone on me. Immediately I called Coustomer care, they said they can't help anything I have to visit the store as the product was bought from store. I went to store reached 6.56pm(not my mistake as I was waiting for my product as mentioned in the massage earlier). I asked the guy in store to refund my delivery charges as I didn't receive the product. They said they can't do now as store is going to close at 7.00pm. They told me to come to store again in the morning. Completely unprofessional behavior. Was harrased by the driver and then again in store also. Very very disappointing. Now even if I get my refund for delivery, they will again charge for next delivery. Who will compensate for the harrasment which I faced. And again I have to wait for my product for next 10 to 15 days. As they always keeps on saying its a festival season. Horrible experience with Currys. Never ever will visit again. And those who are reading this, I advice please don't buy anything from curry. You will he highly disappointed.

I waited for half an hour carrying my baby and no one turns to help me out . The worst shop and the outlet in salisbury moreover the staffs are having high attitude and sorry to say i feel racism is tr. No where else here in Salisbury i have experienced this. Its not the first time I'm having this issue with this outlet, same happened before also and not going to be a customer for currys again. Luckily I got better fridge and freezer and washing machine with a better deal from John Lewis's

Soon as you enter the store, we were greeted by at least 5 members of staff who were all stood around chatting. We were asked if we needed any help, we replied no thank you we are just looking. After trying to find the item downstairs we realised it was upstairs, again on the way back past another young lad asked if we needed help, again we said no thank you. We then Went upstairs only to find out we were being followed by a member of staff who then just stood by the top of the stairs and watched us. Made us feel so uncomfortable and as if we were being suspected of some wrong doing. So we decided to leave the store. Will not return, there is good customer service then there is this. More staff than customers and make you feel like you shouldn’t be in there. Won’t be returning. Limited stock in store anyway and cheaper better places.

Had a 2nd bad experience within a year with Curry's. Their online customer service and their products have gone so downhill. Jackie very helpful but the other chap who served us gave us wrong information which resulted in us having to order our products online, paid for delivery and not delivered on the day it was paid for.... got a useless refund on a gift card.

Staff were more interested in their mobile phone that actually helping customers. Music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Very poor experience

They had what I wanted at a reasonable price. However the sales assistant wanted to sell me an extended warranty and wouldn't take no for an answer. I had to be quite firm with him (using Anglo Saxon words of one syllable) before he would take the hint and allow me to leave with the TV I had purchased!

Served yesterday by Ben R who sold me a fitbit watch (versa 3) which was not in stock so had to be couriered. Arrived this afternoon - nice bit of kit. Ben was brilliant - age difference between us in the order of 60 years! He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient - old people and IT can be a tricky combination! I just need to visit the shop again to get him to show me how to use it!! Thank you Ben 10/10
