Order replacement band/belt for our cleaner just before Christmas. Rang them 28/12 as they'd not arrived and I was a bit short as I'd not been able to clean over the holidays. Arrived 5th Jan so the wait may well have been down to Christmas post as they'd suggested. despite me venting the chap on the phone was patient. Thumbs up
