Television House

We bought a number of items here including a fantastic small Robertson's radio of which TV house have a wide range. Their staff are extreemly helpful and knowlageble and it is a pleasent relief to the uninformed disinterested staff in most larger outlets we normally encounter. They specialise in quality brands and have a good choice of domestic appliences.

New washing machine delivered, installed and the old one taken away within four days of purchase. Also brought a joiner with them to help with tricky doors on another integrated appliance. Professional , friendly and highly recommended.

Visited the Shop to ask a question about a problem with my Panasonic Television. I had not bought it from them, but they were very helpful in giving me advice on how to fix the problem, and sold me a fitting that would possibly fix it. As he could not find details about my television due to the fact that I did not know the full model number, the salesman, gave me the business card and told me to ring the owner after the weekend and he would help further. This I did and he was also very helpful. Anybody living in the Pickering Area should definitely use this shop to purchase televisions and other electrical goods. Recommended.

I bought a new smart tv from the shop, the people in the shop were very helpful and freindly and knowledgeable about the tv, I have purchased other items and again the assistants were helpful and freindly. The engineer who came to set the tv up was Steve and he could not have been more freindly, patient with me and very knowledgeable, he had to come back at a later date to set catch up tv for me, there were no complaints from him he could not have been more obliging. I would happily recommend the shop and Steve to anyone.

Terrific service from Matthew and Nick. My American fridge freezer needed guiding into the kitchen with delicacy, this was achieved very professionally indeed. I was happy to put my business to a local firm rather than an internet giant. This decision was confirmed by the attractive quote I received from the guys. When comparing with internet prices I don’t mind paying a little extra just to keep the business local. All in all very happy with the service and the product.

Im only rating 5 stars because i cant give it 6 stars! The cashier was so nice! I only had £10 , but i wanted to buy something that was £12 but the cashier was so kind they let me have it for only £10!!! Will come again!

Bought a new oven last week. Walked to local shop, spoke to knowledgable and pleasant staff, chose, paid, went home. Two hours later another nice person delivered new oven, unpacked and installed it and took away the old one. Shopping doesn't get better than this!
