Currys

Currys was one of my favourite shops with lot's of exciting products to buy or need to save for. Today it is functional. Everything does a job but nothing excites. I leave the shop underwhelmed.

Employees have absolutely no idea of ​​the work they do. They have no information on the quality of the goods they sell. If you don't know what to buy, don't rely on the opinions of these people.

There break down repair cover is absolutely useless if you need a repair you have to wait for weeks before they have spare parts in stock obviously they don't care or want ti repair anything they only care about selling new equipment

Tried to get a refund on a on line order, 3 weeks ,7 phone calls, still not been sorted out, all customer service stuff we have spoken to don't understand the company policy, its disgraceful and illegal. Trading standards here we come.

Store poor stocked and staff not really keen to help. It have not gave me positive impression while been there.
Hopefully it's not only me being unlucky there.

Very helpful service by the chap called Blake. All questions were answered with correct info, nothing was too much and was easy to talk to. Thank you.

Friendly customer service and good stor experience. It is well located beside Range, Next etc.

Great service.. much better than Peterborough branch who are always busy and ignore potential customers..
