Visited Reece on Bank holiday Monday for a new phone. Had amazing service and advice. Recommend visiting Reece for anything phone related.

I took my sons iPhone to Cricci-Tech as the screen had stopped working. Repair completed within the day. Excellent service, and after service. Visited again a few weeks later as the phone had a problem after installing the latest software update. Again, phone was fixed within 30 minutes, and at no cost!! Great customer service. Thank you Reece, I will continue to recommend you.

Everything you could want from a place like this: super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price for what I got was more than fair and he was happy for me to wait to make sure everything was working before paying. I was in a bind and he was a life saver 5/5 Diolch yn fawr iawn!
