Its was my first time visiting Embassy of Albanian .
I needed to collect a special power of attorney letter .The lady who was working there her name was Mirela she was so kind and so helpful with her information . I had everything what I needed no more than 10 minutes . Thank you ☺️☺️

They never answer the phone, no matter the day or the time.
Unacceptable and unprofessional.
I waited for almost an hour and no one picked up the phone. I am wondering for what reason they have a phone number?

Terrible experience - nobody answers the phone or email for weeks, their online application site does not work and there is nobody to help, especially given that I live hundreds of miles away from London.

Their processes are not build to serve their citizens. Consular office has only a automated phone system (will answer only for emergencies like death) and they don’t answer to emails.

There is 1 person she is so angry with everyone she is so rude too rude she don’t want to work there i don’t know
From the beginning that i arrived she was totally rude for no reason awful shame

I'm glad that at the first meeting for application and denunciation and payment, there is a beautiful and so communicative lady who is an example for all Albanian girls.
