High Commission for Saint Lucia, London

All the staff is really helpful and supportive. I wanted to apply for Saint Lucia visa to avoid the hassle of on-arrival process, but due to my frequent travel to Europe wasn't able to submit my passport. I spoke to Ms.Roseanne Bates and Ms.Henry, both were very supportive to give the visa within 24hours on the basis that I send my documents ahead of the appointment over email, and bring the originals at the time of appointment.

I am very thankful for the professional and efficient service provided to me. I commend Mrs Henry on her professionalism and superlative skills. I received my passport within three (3) weeks and I consider this very prompt service. The staff are superb at their jobs as they provide courteous, prompt, reliable and professional services. Hats off to you guys!!! Great team

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Mrs Henry for assisting with my passport renewal. It was a very long process, but she assisted me every step of the way and I couldn't be more grateful!

It got to the point that I actually travelled to St Lucia to go and get the passport myself (the staff at the immigration office should really take tips from their colleagues here! - that's another story)

Without Mrs Henry's proactive assistance I would definitely be waiting for that passport still!
