Embassy of Romania in London

I want to make an appointment and I can’t make any of them? What? I have my documents expired and I only need one paper that will be released in the same day and you can’t bother to pick up that phone and I cannot do any appointments? How you want the Romanians back in Romania if you don’t answer when we need you? Why are you paid?

Never answer phones and very rude. Don’t care about Romanian people in the uk at all. What a pointless embassy. Don’t even want to give 1 star

An excellent visit ,the staff is professional and I was highly surprised when the tall ,bold security guy gave me priority to go for my appointment as I am 8 months pregnant instead of waiting ,really nice gesture,I was very impressed.

Never answer phones (actually some the phones from their website do not work!!). What a pointless embassy! No clear info on their website how to get visa for a foreign citizen. Not enough details on how to register the marriage certificate. Not enough knowleadgeable people to deal with citizen's problems. WHAT IS THE AMBASSADOR (and their team) DOING? It is appaling ! It is unbelieable that we are in the 21st century and there is this lack of respect towards citizens or people who want to visit Romania!

extremely poor service, NO service rather offered! NOBODY picks up a phone. such a disgrace despite being in London.

I asked for help and I have been ignored on Facebook and through email.Jobs are only for "friends".Helpline doesn't exist.Appointments hard to make.

The worst organisation I ever witnessed, they will even send you to buy an envelope yourself from the post office that is far from the embassy.
The level of organisation is from the 1900’s.
The embassy workers give themselves a God-like importance and the people feel uncomfortable, so don’t expect much help from them

Useless people they never pick up the phone. Better they shutdown the embassy
