Same day visa service no problem at all. Staff were polite and efficient. I have not had any trouble with my calls being answered ..... I called twice before I went. My only comment is that the website doesn't mention providing evidence of an itinerary for your trip but the gentleman on the phone said it is required. The itinerary wasn't requested when I submitted the application and it seems that the information I had provided on the form was sufficient. All seems a bit irrelevant when you think of the fact that you can apply for a visa on arrival anyway!!!
Take proof of your trip details with you just in case..... best practise to do so for any visa application.

Went for a new passport. Did the form and all payments online. Everything else went smooth. I had my passport after 3 weeks.

Thank you so much to the man I spoke to today my visa is granted so thankful for fast service. I had made a mistake and was 6 days under my 6 months. I had to renew passport and redo visa. Very thankful. Phone these guy's up and be nice to them as well. They are doing there best to help fix your mistakes!!

I spoke to Meena at Tanzania High Commission regarding getting visas for our family trip to Zanzibar. She was so very helpful, gave me the right advise of how to fill the forms. I did this late last night and this morning at 9.30am I received emails from both Husham Elbashir (Mr.) and Ally Mtanda with our Visa Grant Notices.
Wow ! what a service. we travel all over the world, and I have to say that the service I got from these guys was absolutely amazing, and they deserve 5 Stars. Once again thank you Ally Mtanda and the team.

I visited the Tanzanian embassy today with my brother. We wanted an Emergency Travel Document for my 99 year old Mom as her passport had expired..
The embassy staff took over, let me use their computer and helped me in filling the online application and uploading the relevant documents. And hey presto we had the document with us in 2 hours.. Very courteous and efficient.. Salute and thank you is all I can say to them..

My visa was dated incorrectly. Instead of 2022-Apr-27 the Visa start date was shown as 2023-Apr-27. Called the London High Commission office and was received by a pleasant Ms. Meena, who gave me time to explain my case and gave sound advice how to proceed to get this corrected.

I applied to e-visa at the very last moment without noticing that it takes 10 days to be approved and after I realised that I called the embassy's visa service. The gentleman on the line was very kind and helpful and he helped to get my visa approved promptly. Thank you very much, I'm very grateful to this gentleman.
