Absolutely terrible service and extremely rude people there to 'help'. I went to pick up an e-visa I had successfully applied and paid for. The gentleman working refused to give me my visa until I paid a bribe. He state that the fee I had paid was incorrect and the fee had gone up. As I had come in from out of town to collect my visa, I had no choice but to pay the bribe. Others there for consular services also faced unacceptable service. Be prepared for the worst.

The horrible service for their own citizens, I would recommend the guy who works there to leave his job as he is completely useless, does not help people, just plays his phone. You could amend your website and put the correct information and the whole list of documents and samples as well, instead of robbing people's time, as they come to embassy taking time off from their job and these people who work here do not care about your issues. Horrible service ever, no respect at all👎👎👎👎👎

I have no complaints whatsoever in fact they were very helpful and sorted my visa application in short time

Is it normal to wait 16 months to renounce your nationality? All applications were filed and fees paid in November 2020,have phoned and keep being told to call back in 2 months and no response to any emails.

Very happy with my visit to Uzbekistan embassy .Akmal provided very polite and professional service .I didn’t expect that my issue will be solved in 10 min .Also consular was very prompt .I am very pleased with result .Thank you for all staff who helped me.

The service has improved so much than it used to be. They typed up what we needed, printed it out, made copies of our documents and received payment, all in their consulate office! That's what we have been expecting for years, and yes, dreams do come true :)
