We had a front door which wouldn't lock properly. Ashley came round and was able to rectify the problem. As he was working,he explained everything that he was doing. He was polite and very professional. When the job was finished, he made sure that we were happy with the work and left the area immaculate. We would definitely recommend this company

Superb service from SO Locksmiths at a very reasonable cost with no call-out charge. Ash is very knowledgeable and was able to replace (and upgrade) the multi-point locking mechanism on my UPVC rear entrance door, despite it being over 20 years old and obsolete. He fully explained the work required and the charges before starting work, and was very thorough and professional throughout. He also succeeded in sorting out another long term problem door not included in the original job which needed adjustment. A definite 5 Star recommendation from me and I would not hesitate to call on the services of SO Locksmiths in the future.

Ash at SO Locksmiths is amazing.
He helped us last year when we got locked out of our house (yes ladies, i did try blaming the husband but it did infact transpire to be my error). There was also part of our front door that needed replacing and he fixed it for us in timely manner. We then needed him again yesterday as the lock on our front door wasn’t working with the key and I called in the morning to explain the issue and he was out in the evening to help us and resolve it. He walked us through what he’d done and what the problem was and explained why it had happened. We are very happy with all the help that Ashley has given us and will definitely use him again and recommend him to our local friends!. We now know a guy 😃.
