I lost the keys to a 1920 lock on our porch and fully expected to have to buy a new lock. Following recommendation from our local key cutting shop I called Steve who immediately came out, examined the lock and recommended he take it away to service and make new keys. Less than 24 hours later he was back having made keys and got the lock back fully functioning to install it expertly. It works brilliantly. All this at a cost of less than others call out charge!
