He had a busy schedule that day and very kindly able to visit me on the same day to take a look. Not only did he get the door open but also fixed it as he had spare parts readily available.

Had some broken door and window handles that needed replacing. Company came out at relatively short notice and done an excellent job for an excellent price and was able to get hold of a handle that we struggled to find on the internet ourselves. Would thoroughly recommend their services.

Ian should ride a white charger! He's twice recently rescued me when my locks have failed. His service if speedy, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Ian was so helpful. It was a snapped key in the middle of the night and Ian assessed the situation and walked us through how to secure the door so that we wouldn't incur the call out cost. Ian was really quick to respond when I broke my front door lock at the weekend and couldn't open it from the inside. I sent him pictures of the lock so he could identify the problem and part(s) required and he arranged to come first thing Monday morning. He was on time, very friendly, quick at fixing it and helpfully explained what the problem was. Definitely recommend!
