Very impressive service. I called Nigel late one evening, with a callout request that was a good distance away, but he arrived within an hour and replaced and sorted out my door lock, no problem. Very professional & friendly service. Charged me a very fair price for the amount of work late in the evening. Highly recommended.

Nigel replaced the broken lock on our office door in an emergency. He was extremely quick and professional and was also able to advise on how to improve security at our premises. We were so pleased with the service we received that we asked him to come back a fortnight later to add an additional lock. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel.

It wasn't my first choice , and now i regret that. 2 previous companies failed. I was locked almost 2 days in my flat. 1 hour after emergency call a was released from 'my prison'. Fair price for job, great skills, amazing sense of humor. I know one thing, if someone from my friends will need locksmith I'll truly recommend.

We were locked out of our house after returning from our holidays late last night. Nigel came to the rescue in no time at all. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. Hopefully we'll never misplace our keys again but if we do we know who we will be calling. Thank you!

We are a care home and have to have cleaning fluids, etc stored securely. Nigel came to our assistance with a failed lock and had it replaced with 24 hours. Excellent service. We previously called Nigel out on an emergency lock replacement - he did this immediately. Would recommend Nigel to anyone needing lock repair/replacement.

Contacted Nigel, made an appointment for following morning, turned up early to find he was already there, an hour later, all sorted and to boot, a bonus as found he was a fellow Sapper (Ex Royal Engineer). Will certainly use him again if need be. Excellent service
