I started using Chris Ritchie after we were ripped off by two 'BMW Specialists' in Barrow. Since then Chris has worked on servicing and repairs for three of our cars, always doing a great job at a fair price. It's good to find garage services you can trust, and that's how we feel about Chris Ritchie.

Chris was recommended to me after I had problems with another garage who messed me about trying to solve the problem with my BMW. His mechanic diagnosed the problem straight away and it was repaired a few days later at a fair price considering the amount of work involved. I will definitely use him again in the future and can highly recommend him.

Snapped key in ignition, Chris really pulled me out the fire. Great service, quick to respond (within the hour) and price was more than fair, couldn't be happier will recommend highly and will use service again hopefully not for a snapped key next time.

I locked myself out my car with my puppy inside. Chris’s son immediately left were he was and came to our rescue. I could not of asked for a better service, and also so friendly and extremely reasonably priced. I got stranded at a service station on my journey home after accidentally locking myself out of my car (wasn't my best day) and after being turned down by a number of other local locksmiths because it was a Sunday evening, Chris came to my rescue and drove out of his way to come and help me out. Very grateful!
