Very impressed with Jack's service - my key jammed in the lock when I arrived home yesterday evening (with my cat in her carrier making the experience extra fun). I found Keystar after looking online for a well-reviewed local locksmith. Jack was with me in around 30 minutes. He had to resort to drilling the lock out but got me and my cat into the house within 15-20mins before replacing the entire lock. Professional, efficient and friendly - would recommend Keystar highly, and I have already passed his details on to a family member.

By far the most efficient and professional service I've experienced in some time. The gentleman, named Jack came out and was impeccable in his communication, experience and advice. He explored the most cost effective and efficient option for us even though it wasn't the easiest of options for him. He went above and beyond to help get me back into the house all within an hour.
