Had a problem with 2x multi-locking doors, not shutting properly. Paul did an excellent job in fixing them in a short time.
Have used Paul in the past; he has a pleasant personality and just gets on with the job. He is very efficient and would highly recommend him.

Can not recommend highly enough. This is the 2nd time Paul has saved us a small fortune. First time managing to put a new frame on the garage door rather than replace the whole door, which he said was in good condition. Today, saved us having to replace a whole locking system on conservatory doors by realising that small amounts of spray paint had dropped into the locking mechanism. His experience and patience are absolutely amazing, and puts his customers at the heart of everything he does always considering the cost implications for them.

Contacted Paul via work number - he came within 24 hours to fix a broken front door lock and gave us options on how to proceed. Lock fixed within 10 minutes, all neat and tidy with options on how to pay. Couldn’t fault it. Excellent!

Needed urgent attention to our garage door which refused to close due to the cables becoming tangled. Paul came within the hour to close the door and returned the next day to repair. Couldn't have asked for better nor swifter service. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Paul was so kind to respond INSTANTLY and was at my front door within 5 minutes of hanging up on the phone. He not only managed to get me back into the house, which was no small feat due to the intricacies of the lock, but also replace the lock, give me new keys and replace the latch.
