Fantastic Service. I Highly recommend John. I was locked out and panicking. He arrived within 30mins and made me feel at ease very quickly. He gained entry without any problems and even fixed a sticky lock on my bedroom door whilst he was there without additional cost. I can't thank him enough! I would definitely recommend him to friends & family.

Found John on Google, and I wasn't expecting to get my lock fixed within the space of 3hrs, I was just looking for quotes. But John came around and he was very polite with an elderly lady, explained things, sent me videos of what the fix was. He also explained things to someone who doesn't speak English for a first language. I definitely recommend John to anyone, he is very polite, did not rip me off. Thank you for making my home safe.

Excellent first class service. Gave professional advice then arrived at the premises on time to fit a key safe. Even recorded instructions of setting code so my Aunt could pass onto us. I highly recommend this company.

Panic at 11:00 pm Saturday night - 2 ladies locked out of flat. Managed to contact John, who arranged a callout from Andy who arrived within 15 minutes: all sorted, drilled out and new lock fitted within 30 minutes .... Highly recommended.

Would recommend to anyone in a pickle! Helped me out super quickly with an emergency call out, given the time of year I was worried I’d be waiting for ages but they gave me all the info including accurate waiting times and did the job super fast! So easy to use would recommend!!
