A really expert shop with staff who not only obviously love their job but also really care about customer service. We have used them a number of times for house locks as well as car keys. .

I just bought a small key safe for a relative recently and they couldn’t be more helpful.

Great Shop and Great people. I had an issue with the ignition barrell on my Ford Transit Custom, They repaired it straight away and for a great price.
I will be using them for any locksmithing work in the future because they are honest and reliable.

Saved me by fixing 2 new car keys after a different locksmith couldn’t fix it - wish I came here first! Much cheaper than others and had it done in an hour, Erol knows what he’s talking about and was really helpful, was able to come to my work with late notice to get me back into my car :) very happy

I went in today (25/01/23) to ask about a faulty Ford key.
The member of staff could not of been more helpful.
He figured out there was more than one issue with the key and the locking mechanism.
He proceeded to try multiple ways to fix the original key. However, a new shell and blade were required to solve the problem.
He was extremely detailed in ensuring the key was up the highest standards. We also checked the key two or three times to ensure its operational reliability.
I cannot speak more higher of the efficiency of the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone else.

Went to Drummond on 15/11/22 as my spare key flip key had broken.
The member of staff sold me a new key case for £60. After investigation most other locksmith charge approx. £30/£40.
When I tried to use the key the car alarm kept going off and I called the AA. He stated that the key had the wrong size battery in it and the remote wasn’t turning off the immobiliser. He put in the correct battery and it worked.
I went back to the shop on the 6/1/23 and saw the same person. He said the cost was high as it was “an awkward key”. VW Polo
He called his boss for advice.
I left the shop without anything being sorted out.
The problem has then come back and the car alarm once again keeps going off, I contacted them today 25/01/23 and he stated that there is nothing they could do and if there was a problem I would have to pay more, on top of the ridiculous price I have already paid.
I am appalled that I have been treated this way.

Their knowledge is great and the team together have been the most helpful. Anytime I'm in a pickle, they've helped me out beyond the extra mile.

Our patio door annoying jammed locked shut. We called Drummonds and they arranged to come out at convenient time the next day. Jay arrived promptly, saw the problem and clearly explained the price before starting any work. He had the right replacement part in his van and so with my go ahead, fixed it there and then, quickly & efficiently with good humour and no fuss.
