Horrendous customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

After reading all the positive reviews I was filled with confidence. But, please be warned.

Ed was supposed to cut a new key for my van. Arranged a time and date. Never showed tried calling him but straight to answer phond. Called later that afternoon and explained that he has had an issue with his van and that's why he didn't show. Arranged to come the following morning. Guess what. No show and not answering his phone! Called County Auto Keys and they managed to sort it the same day.

Fantastic! Locked my keys (including house keys) in my car and called the first car locksmith that came up on google. After a 4.5 hour wait, they finally called me to say they weren’t coming. I called some more and one recommended Ed. I called him as he was heading home and about an hour later he came back out to mine and sorted it in minutes. Highly recommended!

I would never go to anyone else best locksmith out there.
Saved my life on more than 1 occasion .Save time messing about go to the best and most reliable out there. Now sorted out a spare key for my Skoda aswell . The best cheers mate 👍 👌

Managed to lock my keys in my car and strand myself 10 miles from home and late at night. Other 24 hour locksmiths rejected my call. Ed answered and was with me in 45 minutes. 15 minutes later I was back in my car. Highly recommend.

Never used Ed before and wanted to spend my money locally so gave him a call. My van key was getting stuck in the ignition or not going in at all so we expecting an expensive barrel and key change but was told it was just a worn blade. Cut a new one on the spot and works a treat so all in all very pleased and would recommend.

Avoid like the plague very dissatisfied with this company couldn't be bothered to turn up after it was rearranged for yesterday no customer service phoned over 40 odd times also left voicemails for him not even a response or a sorry worst company going. All I can say is useless and no communication after reading the reviews and doing research on it I was happy with everything that was said but the reviews are deceiving and should not be taken lightly as it’s all LIES and please be careful while considering using this company try and find a alternative company AVIOD AVOID AVOID
