Excellent service got open and repaired a very stubborn door. The door needed parts but still left my home secure. The parts arrived he kept ame informed and turned up promptly. For the work he did I thought the cost was very good. Nice guy to boot. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant service in every way. Ben came put quickly and was friendly and professional. He didn't try and oversell us and I trusted him. He was able to see the issue with our non standard lock straight away which another locksmith didn't. His prices were good and he had a card machine so easy to pay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him above other local firms.

They worked into the evening, after an emergency call out, to get me back in my house, safe and secure and were very reasonable on price. The best!!

My new favourite people. My palaver-in-law had cack-handedly knackered a new front door lock while I was hanging out of a first floor window precariously holding a freshly removed 5 stone PVC framed pane over my yard. We were taught a profoundly humbling lesson by the lovely people from North Wales Locksmith who dealt with both problems and charged for only the one they had been called out for. Legendary.

A pleasure to work with and how all trades should be! - Answered queries promptly, turned up when they said they would and did a brilliant job repairing the metalwork on my double glazed windows. Saved me hundreds of pounds as some other companies told me I would need to replace the windows as they were non repairable! A very professional company that charges reasonable prices. Many thanks.

I Arrived in Llandudno on Friday from Manchester and stupidly locked my keys in the car when I parked up, I was in a panic as I wasn’t a member of the AA and was given North Wales locksmith’s number by a nearby hotel. They were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them. They were very accommodating and came out at short notice, fantastic communication they messaged me to let me know where they were and how long they would be.
They arrived and was able to unlock my car within a number of minutes.
I cannot thank them enough as myself and my mum was able to start our holiday and enjoy the rest of the time in Wales, I was dreading the cost but it was an extremely reasonable price considering.
