called but refused a job as said the car was too much trouble??? I'm sorry but an mechanical expert should be able to rebuild any engine the car is only a Mini cooper S Very basic engine style so very clued up why the job was refused

Very helpful with my zetec turbo build did exactly what i asked for. This machine shop was used by caterhams and by hayes engineering / dyno tech

Took my race engine in for a rebuild and some upgrades, they said they would do the lot with a two week turn around which became 6 weeks. So I had to rebook my mapping due to the delay.

Then they refused to do heads as too much trouble after having the block for 6 weeks... This had a knock on effect on my tuner when mapping the car again, which I had to reschedule a second time.

They're meant to be an engine builder, yet only seem to pick out easy jobs that require minimum effort and again all services are provided by cash only which I'm guessing is for avoiding tax and balancing the books in a way that profits them.

Honest place, the guys gave me a good price on a rebuild and did what was asked of them on my Skoda 1.8 TSI, Car has run very well ever since and would use them again and do recommend them to friends who develop issues with their cars.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, If they can't fix it then there is a very good reason and its not that they just don't want to.
