Ordered a bacon bap.. Tasted like it had been cooked in old sausage fat. Felt sick ever since! Really disappointed!! The customer service was also very poor talking to colleagues over my shoulder whilst I was ordering. Won't be returning

Great chilli.
I am not a fan of motorway services but traffic congestion meant a stop at Exeter services. I opted for a chilli priced at £5 99 expecting a small portion of a microwaved ready meal.
I was pleasantly surprised with the great taste and ample portion size of the Chilli and rice, served in an attractive bowl, to complete the meal the coffee was excellent too.

The staff here are absoulety superb. The girl at front of house is so polite and helpful. The food was cooked to perfection. I will definitely recommend arlos to friends and family

Wish I'd read the reviews before dining here 😯 full breakfast (with scrambled eggs and tea)... Oh dear !

Well presented but unorganised.
Staff are friendly and polite but not quick enough with the service.
20mins for 2 cooked breakfasts is too long.
Very tasty but bacon was cold with a spoon sized amount of beans.
Disappointed

Lovely food, friendly staff. We came late in the day and there was only one portion of chicken left, my partner had a chicken burger so I chose the Mexican bean burger, I don't know if it was a translation error or if it's how it normally comes, but because there was no chicken she said "so with beef not chicken" and as a result I got a burger with both a bean patti and a beef one!
It was actually very tasty so I was pretty happy with that!
It's a little pricey, but the food was good quality produce and prices were in line with what you expect at a service station

Called in here late afternoon/early evening Thursday 28th Feb. The person serving us was excellent. He appeared to be serving on his own although there was someone in the kitchen. He never stopped and was almost running around to get things done. One customer with a baby who wanted some hot water to mix food and some cold water to drink was served in a very pleasant manner. I had a burger and my wife had fish and chips. They were both very good indeed and I made a point of going up to the counter after our meal to say how pleased we were with the food and the staff attitude. So much better than Burger King or Macdonalds.

Great food and great price especially for a services
