Great company with excellent customer service and good products.
Wanted to place a small order but the site said shipping to the Netherlands wasn't possible. After sending a mail to customer service they looked in to the shipping costs for me and made it possible to place the order by mail. It shows that this company really cares about their customers, even if it is just a small order. Thanks for the great service!

I wanted a medal as a surprise for my daughter who is completing a challenge for charity. Came across this website and was pleased with the look of the product and reasonable price so I ordered, medal came today less than a week from order to delivery. looks fantastic can't wait to give it to her when she completes the challenge. Thank you

Totally lost confidence in this business since Phil left (he was amazing). I regularly used the company to engrave cutlery sets - 4 pieces at £15 total cost. I called in today and was told that each piece would be £10 plus VAT, so a 4 piece set would now cost £48 to be engraved. When I explained how the charge used to look, a female employee came out of a back office and said that costs have gone up and it wasn’t even worth them doing jobs like this anymore. Even if this is the case then I think they were rude to say it. I’m so disappointed. I try to give my custom to local businesses but what do they expect me to do when they raise their prices by over 300%?
