I was recommended White Knight by a friend who had used them before. I wanted to freshen up my house and thought I would need to pain it all as I noticed that there was lots of soot on the ceiling and walls, especially in the lounge. I like to burn candles, but not to excess, so I was surprised by the amount of soot on there! I tried cleaning it myself but was making the mess much worse. It was like we had a fire. I was stressing about how I would sort it out but White Knight came to the rescue. They were so knowledgable and professional. They cleaned it all up like new. I didn’t need to repaint the walls in the end as the finish was so good. I would definitely recommend them. They were also really friendly and efficient. Honestly I couldn’t fault them!

I highly recommend White Knight Service Group. After water damage to my flat, they dealt with a serious mould problem that another contractor was unable to handle. They put together a clear plan of works that was approved by my insurance company. They then carried out the mould removal to an extremely high standard. In addition, they were always professional, friendly, and extremely tidy in their work. I’m not sure what we would have done without them, so I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Contacted them regarding the franchise opportunity had a call booked in, unfortunately my gran passed away so was in no state to take there call. They phoned me 5 times and then sent really cheeky texts. I asked who it was I was speaking to throw text then they just ignored the text. Customer service is paramount in business, if this is how they treat someone willing buy a franchise I’d hate to be one of there customers. The way I was treated made me feel sad and upset someone would talk to me like that.
