The Panic Room - Harlow

Having done quite a few virtual escape rooms in lock down, this was my first in person one and it was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
We did the Sherlock experience and LOVED it. Really well thought out, good level of complexity and great game master (Cameron) who provided the perfect level of help when you needed it.
Did the experience with a group of 5 and felt this was a good number.

It was a good experience also first time. We did the Sherlock Holmes one. Unfortunately we didn’t finish it in time. Another 10-15 mins extra would have been beneficial for us, but we were slow. Alfi was really nice, he did a good job. We’ll go back. Also i recommend the place. I was pleased

Yesterday, I went and tried the Sherlock Holmes panic room with 5 of my friends. Our game master, Cameron, kept the experience immersive as he played the role of Sherlock’s landlord, and gave us good clues to hint us without directly spoiling the puzzles. This was one of the most fun panic rooms I’ve played with my friend group.

Everyone was able to get involved and play their own piece to the puzzle, and we ended up escaping with 7 minutes and 40 seconds left. We possibly could’ve gotten out sooner, but we’re all very pleased to have cleared it with good time to spare. It wasn’t easy to crack and we all had to think together to find the solution, which made the experience that much more fun.

Thank you to Cameron for making the experience fun and being a cool game master, as well as just being a cool guy to have a little chat with before and after the game. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend the experience!

We did the panic room which was our first ever escape room & it was so much fun. Caz looked after us & made it a really enjoyable experience for us. They also have an arcade section for before / after.

Highly recommended. Great fun and outstanding customer service. We were late due to traffic and parking issues, but we still were able to have the whole hour to escape the room plus 5extra minutes as it was a birthday of my daughter! Very much appreciated. We will defo come back.

Amazing experience and would 100% recommend.
My sister booked a few weeks in advance, and promised there would not be clowns.
Unfortunately for me, there were a lot of clown statues and pictures, as she chose the carnival room.

A very creepy, jumpy and challenging escape room, which our group of 7 struggled to complete. One of their hardest escape rooms, which provided lots of challenges, puzzles and riddles.

They have other rooms that I am definitely going to come back and try, varying in difficulty and styles (hopefully with less clowns). The staff were absolutely fantastic, and Caz especially provided a lovely experience for us. She was in character and really set up the atmosphere before we even entered the room. She really paid attention to each member of our group and even remembered out names when being a creepy voice through the tanoy.

Caz was an apsolute delight and made us all feel so comfortable the when time.

Can not wait to try the other rooms and see how the experience differs.

Absolute great fun for the kids. They loved this. Unfortunately, they didn't escape in time, but that just means we'll be visiting again for a second try. Zoe/Petal was a great game master host for Carnevil. Very friendly and energetic. 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Had a really great evening at The Panic Room. Alfi our host was funny, informative and supportive in our quest to solve the murder, although his American accent could do with a bit of work LOL! The room was very well set up and the we really got stuck into the tasks. Recommend for a great team building event! Thank you
