We played Prohibition with 7 people - 2 enthusiasts, 2 who had done an escape room before, and 3 newbies) Nice example of a classic escape room.
Were able to accommodate a large booking for a work farewell on a couple week’s notice.
Enough things to do that we were all busy for the whole hour.
(Do note though, that the bookings for the large room are public, so if you dont was them to shove Randoms in with you, you need to book out the whole session.)
Venue is at the bottom of 2 flights of stairs, but there is a lift.
There is flat access to the room if you use the lift, but it will be difficult to move about in a normal-larger wheelchair.

Very friently and helpfull staff continously on the lookout even when the rooms are ocupied. Good fan with friends and coworkers. Large wating room. Good game instructions. Not far from tube. A bit hidden away entrance.

I did it with some friends yesterday the one called The Bank Heist. It was a tricky one, but we manage to get out of the room just in time. Defenetly would not recommend going less than 4 people as you can be working parallel.
When you enter they explain you the rules (not break anything, do not force anything..) and they put you in the room. What I was missing was that the staff did not tell us the story to the game, I would have love to tell you the story to put you in the mood that you are going to steal a Bank, so become more engaged with the story.
As the time progresses and the staff see that is costing you too much, they give you some clues through a phone that is inside of the room . The clues that they gave you are for free, but if you are really stuck and do not receive any clue, you can make them a call to get the clue, but it will get penalized with one minute.
Some of the puzzles did not have nothing to do with the story and look out of place and they put those just there to get a code and open a lock.
I would have prefer if instead of a phone was an speaker, so everyone in the room can hear the clue and not just the person at the phone. There were some people who do not catch the message exactly and that lead to confussion, so please start using speakers and not phones to communicate with the players.
The decoration of the room I would say was a 4/10, I'm missing more things to make it look like a real bank, maybe some bags of money, some plants.. extra decoration to put you in the role.
And something that it was weird, is that usually when you pass a escape room, they make you a photo of all your group to have a good memory of the event. But in this one did not happen and the farewell was a bit abrupt for that, it was like they were rushing to get rid of us.

TLDR: I do not think we’ll be back again, there are other good escape rooms in London, but this one is not one of them.

This experience was incredible not only did they go above and beyond to help plan and arrange a surprise engagement proposal but then supplied Prosecco to celebrate. Jade and I’m sure his name was Cameron went the extra mile to make the experience amazing! Thank you all who were involved in planning the proposal. I obviously said yes and I am over the moon couldn’t have had a better proposal!

Completed the Bank Heist escape room, which was extremely fun and engaging. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try an escape room. Big up also to Cass, who was very polite, super helpful and definitely made the experience even better. Thank you to Escape Entertainment!

The staff give a brief introduction and cut to the chase. Not a big fan of the “experience” and awkward small talk afterwards that many other escape rooms do. I like to get stuck into the puzzles. The Bank Heist was quite hard, the clues in the room were either too simple or too complicated. So a lot of time was wasted over complicating clues. We had a lot of help from the staff. All in all it was very fun and challenging really kept us on our toes. Great price one of the cheapest! Just loved the lack of involvement with staff, it’s best to just let us get on with it.

Was ok, felt like the production quality was a bit low and on the cheap side. ClueQuest leagues ahead in all aspects. Staff were amazing no complaints from them but the room itself and the tasks weren't the greatest nor flowed well.
