So sad… been here a few times before and so disappointed with my most recent visit. Food used to be exceptional now prepared mediocre, cocktails limited and not nice. Atmosphere; empty and dull. Gutted as I brought the girls to try for the first time and we were really let down.

The environment and service was good. Some of those in our group were very happy with their food food (such as those with livers and the steak) and others felt their meal was average and could be made better at home (including a vegan dish which was far too spicy). A bit of a mixed bag. However, no other complaints. Cocktails were great.

We held our wedding reception get together and dinner at the Loft and it was just perfect. Claudio gave us the freedom to plan the day how we wanted to and provided us with great ideas and input to help us with the planning. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and the venue was beautiful. A fantastic flexible venue. Thank you.

We went for dinner my husband and I to the Loft, friends recommended the place so we were super excited to come. The place is quirky and looks good. However we felt the staff were a bit lost and all over the place (but not in the right place) food wasnt good, quite blend, we have no choice of our canapes, my main was cold, with eggshells, no taste. The sticky toffee pudding felt like it was from Tesco, felt sandy in the mouth, incredibly disappointing. We were cold during the entire dinner, it was also loud and the lighting was very bright for an evening. Paying £108 for this experience was gutting.

Decent atmosphere. The starters were tasty enough with an ok variety to choose from.
The main courses were a let down: the risotto in particular was incredibly dry, and the lamb was rather undercooked and served liberally. The staff were very understanding and incredibly friendly. Won't be rushing back though...

Loved the ambience and the waiter will pair your wine to food if you ask them.
Tasty fresh food and excellent presentation and staff happily gave advice.

We went for lunch and had some excellent food in a cosy atmosphere.
Everything we ordered was prepared well.
The staff were lovely, but unfortunately service was slow and we skipped dessert in the end after waiting 20 minutes.
We would return next time we're in the area.

First time going to the loft and what a little gem off a place it was! The service was friendly, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would recommend a visit! Prices are slightly high which may put some people off but the food was well executed and tasted delicious.
