Boots Opticians

We were planning to go to Specsavers for some prescription glasses for our daughter but thought we would check here first. Very glad we did as we ended up buying two pairs a Ted Baker pair and sunglasses pair as they have a second pair for half price and offered a fairly large 25% student discount on top. Very helpful staff and large selection of frames. Very pleased with cost and service.

I visited Boots Opticians for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with this bright, clean and modern space located within Boots.

I had the most thorough and conscientious eye test I've ever experienced. The only downside - it was quite busy and I had to queue for a while. Definitely recommended overall!

Rang to arrange an appointment as I have a black spot and flashing. Was told they have no appointments for weeks and to try SPECSAVERS !!!!!

Rang Specsavers who have fitted me in today. I have asked to be removed from Boots promotional material as I feel they have let a regular customer down very badly. I will no longer be going to Burnley Boots opticians or recommending them to anyone.

Good quality opticians, though not as wide a range of frames as some others. The Optician is top quality, giving independent advice should you have a problem, on the choice of treatment and which places are available to carry treatment out. My wife's referral for Cataract replacement by the Optician, in both eyes to an out of town treatment centre was very quick and efficient. An excellent experience.

I met a gentleman by the name of Raza at the Burnley branch today. An amazing experience. Very professional , helpful and kind young man. Thank you for your brilliant service

Needed a copy of my prescription, I rang up and expected that this would be a lengthy process, the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and this was done in no time, would definitely use again :)

One of the best Boots I have ever been in my life. Staffs absolutely incredible listen to you properly even they tired but smiles always on their faces they're lovely people honestly I recommend to everyone once in your life you should visit this Boots.Service fast and friendly I didn't even feel I was there first time I felt like I was there before honestly how many people visit this Boots everyday with treat everyone with positive attitude and wonderful smiles they are amazing. Appauling customer service from the young girl with headscarf on the reception desk. When speaking with another staff member she found it appropriate to come and argue when it didn't concern her at all. Won't be coming here again
