Just received my glasses and the lady at the desk couldn't have been more helpful. Also got my boots points so that's an added bonus.

This store seems to depend on one good member of staff only! Unfortunately when that member of staff isn't there it remains in the hands of 2 to 3 very useless young inexperienced staff that have no knowledge and absolutely no interest in their job. Totally useless and a terrible experience. Sad to think a store falls apart just because 1 member of staff is off..

Over two hours for an eye test and to get the prescription glasses sorted! A very disappointing experience. Felt like we had the hard sell over a pair of glasses and were not listened to. Will not be going back there.

The boots optician team have been some of the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with! After having some problems with my Royal Navy eye test, they were quick and not stop until it was done and all fixed! Would highly recommend.

Customer service at this branch is terrible. I asked if they could print out my prescription for a medical assessment and flat out refused. Claiming my details won't be on the their system as it wasn't my local branch. Tried to explain that I never had this issue before when requesting a copy from other branches. Got the impression he couldn't be bothered.

I rang my old branch in London who were shocked at the service I received and backed up my claim that every Boots branch would have my prescription on their database. Either way within 10 minutes they had emailed my prescription over. Certainly won't be making Tamworth my local opticians.

Great service whilst in store however took 6 months to get sorted for contact lens trial, probably due to covid however.
