I don’t understand how the person below can be perceived as trolling if she is leaving a true review about how she has been treated by you. Regardless of your skills as a beauty technician, this means nothing without professionalism and human courtesy - what is wrong with messaging you at 4 in the morning? Did you have to read it then? Maybe she is an NHS worker doing a night shift? As far as I can see, the below person sought you out because of your skills and rather than take it as a compliment you have rudely replied with no just cause. - update: you have already admitted that you intentionally responded by saying ‘what did you expect at 3.50 in the morning’

If you are looking for a personalised, rejuvenating experience then I recommend jess. Every time I go to her, I leave feeling like a beautiful girl deserving of princess treatment. The care she has taken on my nails, lashes and brows has really made me not want to go anywhere else! The space is clean, girly and comfortable. And then there is her attention to detail, amazing. I love my lashes, nails and bows so much :)

I've had eyelash extensions on a couple of occasions at a couple of different venues but Jess at Love thy lashes was by far the most professional and friendly. She also offered the biggest choice and opportunity to personalise the application to my exact wishes...or in my case, when I didn't really know what I wanted as I'm not a 'makeup person' Jess was happy to advise what would suit me best. It was an absolute pleasure to visit her lovely beauty studio shed which she's turned into a little haven in the busy city. I highly recommend her work and she was a lovely person too.

Jess is professional, helpful and very accommodating. I needed lashes done in a hurry and not only did she fit me in last minute and manage to give me a brilliant quality set of lashes before I had to hurry to next appointment, she also took some.money off as I couldn't have a full set due to time constraints. Really pleased!
