Very friendly staff. Excellent tailors, at very good price they have been making clothes for me and my friends for almost 2 years now each of them is tip top perfect for my body and style.

I forgot my mask when I left the house so had to buy one on the way before getting on the train. I picked up two different styles as I was not sure what one would fit best, both were for adults. I asked in the shop if it was possible to open the packet to look at the size but was told if I open the packet I need to buy it, fair enough. After leaving the shop I removed them from the packet I realised just how bad this place was, both mask we very small and extremely badly put together. One mask was tiny, i'm not sure if they mad this for a child but it seemed a better fit for a doll. The other which comprised of two pieces or fabric sewn together, looked ridiculous as the fabric did not line up so one side was higher than the other. These two masks cost a total of £5, not super expensive but consider they went straight into the bin it felt a bit much. This was the second poor experience in this shop so I will not be going back.

Absolutely rude man, refused to help me. Made me wait for 20 min and said go I can’t help I am busy. On second occasion afghan man refused to help.

Very good tailoring-fabric shop.Aziz owner very helpful.Does all types of clothing repairs zips alterations making clothes & supplying cloth-fabric etc.Based on personal experience
would recommend without hesitation.

Rude selfish customer service.

My recent experience was awful Aziz is a very rude man not sure if he knows how to say sorry, he blames the customer for his mistake.
It's very unusual for a business to expect customers to call them for an update if this the case why give a date for collection.

Also they leave the premises without someone being in the shop anyone can walk in and walk out with a your goods, they leave your garments without care, the shop is messy and awful

My advice for Mr Aziz is now that you live in London and decided to have a job learn some manners and may be study a course on customer services

I specially choose this shop to support my local businesses biggest mistake

Mr Qahir & Nader kindly teach your staff how be polite to customers and treat them with respect and have the decency to call them and update them when there is an issue.

There are free customer service courses that Mr Aziz and the staff can benefit from.
