We ordered some upholstery fabric from here, and were told it was in stock with the manufacturer and would arrive in 4 days. Booked a slot with an upholsterer for 2w later (it was that or months). After a week, hadn't heard anything. In the week following that, after chasing on the phone, kept receiving assurances on imminence. The slot was missed. Went to visit the store to figure out what had gone wrong. Nobody had a clue. I asked if they would do anything to make up for the financial hit I'd suffered as a result. They offered some nice words and suggestions in store, but when I called a few days later, was told that it was the manufacturers fault and there was nothing they would do. At this point I started getting irate and raising my voice - in the month that had passed since the order, nothing of substance at all had been done, and I was over £100 out of pocket due to their mess. In particular, what stuck with me was the sales person's (Dean's) condescension (we'd met, and he's a generation older) in saying "can you please talk to me like an adult about this" - I've dealt with many, many b******t merchants in my time as an adult, and NONE were as tone-deaf to a legitimate grievance as he was, actually having the nerve to suggest I had no right to be upset over this. I'm sure this store is great when things go well, but I will never be going to them again.

I was browsing through their website and could not take my eyes of "Ashley Wilde Whinny Stone" fabric, as it captured my attention. I thought to go in person into the store to have a better feel at the product and i was amazed to confirm that it was as beautiful as it shows online. There was no option to hesitate, i made an order. I used the fabric to make two pairs of pinch pleats curtains and as you can see, it is a pretty outcome. I am very pleased with everything. The material is of highly good quality. My sister who sew the curtains was very impressed. I would like to thank The Curtain Factory Outlet for a good service. The shop in itself and the staffs are very welcoming.

We just bought our new curtain material from this place and it was an excellent experience. Divided over three properties, the part of the business we went into was a warehouse which was an Alladin's cave of material of all sorts, styles and prices. The guys in there were helpful, knew their stuff and were good to pass the time of day with. We got what we wanted at a very reasonable price and came away feeling we had done well. I recommend a visit without reservations.

Shocking experience today, got accused of being a liar by one of the staff!!! Disgraceful.
Purchased these and told them at purchase how I'd be using them, only to find now that there are two differing fabric types resulting in this!
Suggest you sort this out ASAP, we await your resolve.

Purchased multiple curtains at this factory outlet. Mark has enormous amount of experience, and patiently explained the different type of curtain design to us..
The customer service was amazing and his manager ( don’t remember his name) was really helpful too. this place is so busy with so many customers and they were short if staff in 3 occasions that we visited. Defiantly recommend the management to hire more stuff as it’s impossible to manage customers expectation with 2/3 people working.

I’ve called them yesterday regarding a product that I needed to have told me to come in and out told me that I have a great deal on after one hour of driving. I went there and the price they told me was extremely high. I will not return that ever again, which I find Customer Service very appealing.

Excellent - Beautifully made curtains with a great deal of attention to the finish and hang. The fabric and fitting were competitively priced that included measuring, re-measuring once carpet in and re-cording of an existing curtain track to make functional.
Dean, Dave and Martin pulled the stops out to enable us to have the curtains made and fitted before Christmas.

I gave curtain factory outlet 5 stars initially as the service on selling the product was good (kudos to Steve) but after 8 weeks and £850 later, it's evident they care less and less about your needs and experience after the sale.
- The chap who was sent out to measure our curtains LITERALLY had no clue what he was doing and he re-did all the original measurements that were accurate. The result was incorrect measurements and production.
- The other frustration being the quality of the curtain stitching - hoping to have something of high quality but the way it looks we could have bought a piece of cloth and patched it together that would give a better result with the stitching not even in the center of the fabric. Shocking...
- to top it off, they left a needle in the fabric that I discovered with my finger being stabbed.
