loved the staff they were very helpful and they have an amazing amount of swatches to look at, they can then help you by ordering them in for you, i went there to get fabric for a school project and it was so easy to pick, order and collect the fabric.

Good for wool and buttons. Not many shops that sell these sorts of goods now. People forger it is there as not much else in St. George's walk. Sad if it goes. Staff friendly and helpful

I've only ever encountered one knowledgeable member of staff at this shop and, sadly, she appears to have vanished.
As luck would have it, I encountered the inept, inefficient, insufferable and astonishingly unprofessional little miss who has been there forever. She told me that she owned the shop, when I said I would complain to her manager. If true, I don't expect the shop to remain in business for much longer.

Lovely little haberdashery hidden away by building works. Good selection of yarn and buttons, and fair prices too. Easy to miss due to the huge building works next door. I almost gave up but found the place finally via the St George's Tower courtyard.

Good place in Croydon to stock up on wool. They have some sales on too so you can pick up a bargain. They also have a small selection of books, needles etc and some buttons too. The staff are very helpful.

Have been twice this year and it’s been closed both times - I think the opening hours need an edit or it needs to be changed to ‘closed’ if that’s what has happened…

The shop is now closed since covid, but they still do online delivery if you are local. I had a lovely lady from the shop bring over my fabric today. Really pleased with it!

Lovely staff and good selection of fabric. Open 11 to 4 Monday to Thursday because of the pandemic. Really helpful. Sale on at the moment so get down there! 😁
