Wimpy

Having very fond memories of Wimpy as a child I have visited a couple over recent years and found them to be lacking.
I pooped into this branch and the staff were friendly and the restaurant clean if not feeling a bit run down and dated.
The quality of food and drink in my opinion just doesn't represent the price Wimpy now charge.
This is not a negative review of this specific branch but I walked out feeling like I had just been robbed!

Reasonable price for well cooked, good quality food. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the restaurants always clean and tidy. The food is always cooked fresh and comes quickly.

First time at wimpy for many years. Was very impressed. Place was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly. Food was fresh and the price for kids meals were very reasonable for what was included. Will definately be bringing the kiddies back again

Not very happy with my order, there was a lot of food contamination happening whilst I was at the restaurant with food such as Raw meet being touched and not washing hands and then touching fridge doors and handling someone else’s chips. We raised the concern with the manager and nothing was really done about it. The food wasn’t very enjoyable and the chips were very hard.

I will not be coming back here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to.

Sounds like a job for environmental health

I have just discovered that Not all Wimpy restaurants are the same. The food is always excellent, however, the branch in Maidstone wins the prize for having the atmosphere of a library! Note to students in Maidstone!

Historic venue for a big bender . This branch has been here for years .

Good service. Good food. But cold plates.
