Can’t fault this garage at all. Honest and reliable. Didn’t need any work done despite tyres dealership saying I needed new brakes discs and pads! Kane was efficient & polite and very honest. Wasn’t charged a penny despite having my car all morning. Really trustworthy and reputable.

My Renault broke down on the motorway with a failed diesel injector, was relayed to the garage for 12o'clock, repair was completed by 1o'clock the next day and it was cleaned! Also gave me a loan car in the meantime. Outstanding service, thanks guys :-)

Fantastic service. I bought a car for great value in December. Although it broke down in January they sorted the problem and had it back on the road within 48 hours.

First class service. Will help in any way. They have points card which you can use for, a free valet of your car, or free Mot. Would recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable costs.

UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM 13/04/2020.....

Avoid at all costs. Purchased a car late last year, turned out to have many problems (confirmed by the finance companies independent inspector) some very expensive. NBSM initially seemed ok and they offered to take the car back but as I had already spent a bit and as they were not willing to refund the costs returning the car was not a option. It is still going on and I will now have to go to court to recover the costs. I sent them videos and pictures of the faulty parts and i only ever asked them to pay for the parts as I was willing to cover the labour as returning to their garage is an 7 hour round trip and I also have a mechanic I trust. I did not want to take the car back to their garage as they told me it had had a 111 point health check done at Porsche Centre Cardiff (according to Dave a director of NBSM) and also had their 134 point check done, yet they and Porsche still missed all the faults?? I generally change my car every 2 years and have done so for many years.
This car was sold to me with a new MOT issued by them but had collapsed front coil springs and a blown front shock absorber (video evidence was sent to NBSM). This has to be the worst car and by far the worst dealers I have ever bought from. Think twice...

I have been contacted by Porsche Centre Cardiff and as suspected the car has not ever had a Porsche Health check carried out by them, they have only ever done a minor service back in 2018. As you would expect they are not happy their name is being used to sell cars. I would like to say they have been very helpful and I wish I had just paid more and gone to Porsche Centre Cardiff first 😔

I have been asked by some (on a specialist Porsche site) where I am with this, due to the current situation court proceedings are on hold. I am still planning on taking this company to court as soon as things go back to normal...
