Shergolds

Friends have recently told us about this nursery and we thought we would take a chance and pay it's a visit. We were really surprised, they had a really nice selection of summer bedding plants and a really large extensive selection of garden shrubs and trees. Well worth a visit!

I don't live nearby so I'm constantly trying to find excuses to come this way and visit.
There's often limited deals at the front of the shop, eg scales at 50% off the RRP, two pillows for £10, or 5 packs of reusable face masks for 50p. It's often worth a visit just to see what special offers they have available that day.

The fresh produce here is absolutely phenomenal with a good selection. I've never been disappointed in the quality of their fruits or veg, and it's extremely reasonably priced.

The pet section, particularly for dogs, is very generously stocked. A good selection of toys, chews, wet food, kibble, and a little bit of raw. There's also a section for cats, small pets, wildlife, and domestic birds.

I won't lie, this shop is tucked away and it's quite rough and ready in appearance; it's not the type of garden centre you'd take your family to for coffee and cake. But the prices are fabulous and it's a small business with ethics I can get behind. Highly recommend.

Best place to buy your hanging baskets/ flowers

It's a Brilliant place, we come here to buy our raw dog food.
They have a great selection of foods and treats for our dogs.

Also their sausage rolls at the checkouts are amazing 😝 soo tastey

Great little farm-style shop. Always get our Christmas veg here. Large selection of plants, best local prices probably. Also massive selection of (v. inexpensive) greetings cards, wrapping paper etc

Shergolds is a lovely farm shop. The meat is great and also the produce. Lots of food for all kinds of pets and animals and a walk in freezer full of dog meats for raw feeding. Staff are very friendly and helpful
