Probably the best Cumberland Sausage in the world. They are by appointment to the Queen for their Cumberland Sausage, 98 % meat. Buy the traditional ones, for some reason the thin ones don't taste the same. Also their stuffed crown of chicken is lovely. No so good on fresh vegetables last time I was in.

Fantastic family run butchers - all meats are of the highest quality, love the Cumberland Sausages and the smoked sausages!! Extremely friendly too ... I would highly recommend 💯

Great meat on display at reasonable prices particularly when it's an off the beaten track location/ establishment. And friendly service too. So what's not to like?!?!?

Excellent cumberland sausage and black pudding, but all the meats are excellent here.

Since moving to Waberthwaite in November, Woodall's very quickly become my favourite shop. Joyce and Alistair are friendly and helpful, and their meat is superb. Contrary to some entitled reviewers, I applaud them for their opening hours and their commitment to maintaining a work/life balance. Their postal service is prompt and easy.

We always call in when we drive up the coast to pick up firewood from Saltcoats.
Fabulous Waberthwaite sausage!

I used to work here, they always produced the finest quality Sausage, Bacon, Ham & Gammon and still do to this day, I love the country cure bacon with their country pork sausages in a bun with a fried duck egg, there's nothing like a ring of the best Cumberland sausage on a winters night with buttery mash and veg, luckily it is all readily available in Millom and other outlets in the area
