I got fed up of buying from supermarkets as the quality of fruit and vegetables is never 100% consistent, and I was mainly buying out of convenience. However, I have now started ordering from Kerry's and I am so impressed with every item I have ordered. The fruit and vegetables are so tasty and have a longer life because they are local and fresh, making them far better value for money. Their customer service team are easy to get hold of and friendly, too. I would thoroughly recommend them as an alternative to your usual supermarket deliveries.

A brilliant family run business! The produce range is huge , of the highest quality and they definitely live up to their name of FRESH, which is important to us. We also love the fact that they support other small businesses and locally source their produce. We particularly enjoyed their pizza night package (Yes that's right not just fruit and vegetables!) I was also gifted a Cheese box from a friend from them - and the cheeses were out of this world too! All the produce is packaged to prevent minimum damage and to keep as fresh as possible. Worth every penny!

Having received a lot of fruit and vegetable boxes from Kerry Fresh, I have to say that standards never drop! I've tried the essentials boxes, mixed and also deluxe. They have all been great ❤️
Quite honestly the best quality has always been maintained.
Variety and quantity received in each box is also great, we are never disappointed 👍🏻
Delivery is always as scheduled and as there's no packaging which is yet another bonus.

We ordered during the first lockdown and they always delivered on time, with great fresh produce and we were never disappointed. We decided to keep ordering after the first lockdown ended and have kept ordering every since. The fruit boxes are always brilliant for my little ones and it's nice to have super fresh produce. The quality has always been great and we ordered at Christmas too. Fab!

I was lucky to stumble upon Kerry's Fresh at the start of the first lockdown and have been ordering ever since. The fruit and veg are the freshest I've found, and everything we've ordered has been of superb quality. On the odd occasion that I've needed to get in touch the customer service has been spot on, and the drivers are lovely and friendly too.

I ordered the biscoff sponge cake for a birthday. The cake looked fabulous and tasted delicious. Very generous portion size. Top quality product and the customer service is 10/10.

Delivery was speedy but items were missed, which meant we had to throw off our plans to go to the supermarket - where we could of bought most of our veg from anyway!

This is especially annoying as delivery was pricey and of course there's a minimum spend. Totally understandable in normal cases, but considering items are missing, it feels as though we've spent a extra for essentially the inconvenience of still having to go to the grocery store. Very disappointing.

If the quality assurance isn't there when it comes to checking orders, its hard for me to trust or recommend for Kerry's fresh for future purchases. Hopefully other customers will be more lucky with order QC.

Since writing this review the team been in touch and I will commend the speediness of dealing with my problem. I have edited the stars to reflect this.

However I still feel my review raises an issue that its worth others being aware of, and so, despite a request to take this review down, I will be keeping it up.

Hopefully I'm just an unlucky customer here and QC is generally better. But I'll let others be the judge of that.

Used these till they started with the delivery service that you picked. But decided we needed to order a big Christmas veg and fruit, and other things. Here lies the problem, on both my smart phones it doesn't list by dates just Mon Tues wed Thurs Fri etc each week no dates. And I cannot remember how many weeks I have scrolled by since getting long covid but I am very much computer and tech minded, and there no dates displaying on either expensive smart phones. So I asked for help from the company and treated like a little kid, given they obviously don't order themselves by a smart phone. And while other people who don't have a brain infection living in their head, or brain fog, can probably work out weeks I need to see the actual dates which doesn't display, which isn't my fault and I thought they would offer another way to order, but obviously they couldn't givea toss helping or keeping their business alive. Much as I enjoyed last year's fruit and veg, spent well over £100 on Christmas and used to order weekly with their older system, been treated like an infant rather than been offered help and perhaps I should take a picture of their no date ordering system as otherwise it's more like sticking a pin in a donkeys tail blindfolded. . And experience as taught me I need to see all information when shopping online, I don't fancy all that fruit and veg before Christmas as wouldn't have the meats. But been treated like much for my disability no offer of help so they get the order, try Anthony's or riverford or Abel and Cole, they are always so willing to help oeople
