Rawlings of Cranleigh @ Butchers Hall

After dropping off some pigs to use Ernie's excellent butchery skills - I have just had the most amazing sausage rolls from The Butchers Hall in Forest Green.

Lovely shop, fantastic butchery, I have also picked up some artisan bread and some local fresh veg!! All in one place perfect with friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Wonderful produce and meat every time I go. Always a warm welcome and a helping hand from the folks there.

My Dad came along this time, bought himself a couple of sausage rolls and a large pork pie - he says these are the best sausage rolls he has ever eaten! (At 61 years old, he's definitely sampled a few!)

Amazing!!! Best sausage roll Ive ever had and Im an Aussie. Super low prices. Very friendly staff. Only problem was my bag wasn't big enough to fit everything I wanted.

They do amazing sausage rolls here. I go just for them, always warm/hot when purchased. So delicious and one is never enough 😉

My wife works for a London Hospital and is a Senior Sister in A and E. All her nurses were unable to buy eggs because when their 12-14 shifts ended, there wasn’t any left in the shops. The staff at the shop sold me six trays at a discounted rate. They wanted to donate them but these are difficult times for all. Many thanks for helping out. Happy Easter to you all. John.

Always a pleasure to buy from here - fantastic quality fresh meat from the counter - super nice staff. Always shop here if I can and often stpp off for a hot sausage or cold drink and ice cream when mountain biking in the hills nearby. Stop by if you can.

The best thick cut streaky bacon 🤤 from their meat counter! The meat and cheese selection is excellent. Will be back for bacon 🥓 🥰
