Spinney Abbey

Having just moved to the area in October I was recommended Spinney Abbey for the meat and particularly the Cider. I must admit both have been fantastic. The sausages and bacon were super tasty and definitely tasted much better than any supermarket. The best bit is the cider, Johnny gave ma a sample and I was so knocked out I bought three litres which lasted under a week despite my best efforts to ration it. It is without doubt the freshest best tasting cider I have ever tried. It is clean, fresh, delicious. I recommend a trip to Spinney Abbey and bag yourself some tasty, fresh local meat and you must try the cider.

Been dropping in occasionally here now for a couple of years. They offer a range of meats depending on what they have on order, they are an OK price but an amazing quality. The cider is also fantastic, heading here is just the sign that you have an amazing bbq in the works. Can't wait to drop in and get some more soon! I have only ever paid cash they take card but had issues with machine the time I tried - but they do offer it. Getting in is a bit round the back of the farm so keep going and don't give up!

Great selection of all meats to include eggs and also their own brand of ciders and apple juice which is all locally raised and made. Will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone. Also would recommend showing up early as meats go fast

Good quality stuff from well treated animals. Helpful and friendly staff, fair prices. The cider is top notch and satisfyingly potent too!

Lovely place!! A great walk around to see all the animals. And cant wait to taste the meat and the cider. Will be coming back .
