Great day out lambing on the farm. Saw sheep giving birth to lambs and watching amazed as within 20 minutes they were up on their feet feeding from their mother. Fascinating, educational and marvellous experience.

Amazing self catering cottage had everything we needed for a fab 4 day stay. My wife fell in love with the lambs which she got to feed everyday at 6pm and fetching your own eggs for breakfast from the flock was a big highlight. Highly recommended!

Well located right next to the black mountain and glacial lakes, also not far from Waterfall country. Lots of different species of sheep! We loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

To be honest I'd rather not leave a rating at all but I feel this issue needs to be addressed. This accommodation was recommended to me by a friend. A Google search showed a great looking location and coupled with some good reviews I was sold. Sadly, I was never able to enquire about a booking as nobody ever seems to answer the phone! I just don't understand why people decide to advertise themselves on the internet put a phone number up for all the world to see only to never bother taking any calls.

Beautiful quaint cottage with stunning surroundings (views, starry skies and cute animals). It has everything you need throughout the place and in the kitchen too. Big enough but still cosy. Thoroughly recommended

The cottages are a wonderful escape from a hectic world, perfect to just relax and drink in nature. The owners are really friendly and have put so much thought into equipping the cottage.
