awful service, made an appointment for my little girl to have her ears pierced, went there 10 min before appointment time only to be told, come back after an hour and half as we cant do it now. when asked why wasn't i called or sent a text before so i didn't have to come when raining with a 5yr old and a baby in the pushchair, she just shrugged and said the law doesn't allow me to do so many piercings in a short amount of time.
appalling customer service

Excellent customer service, the lady at the counter was very nice, helped me choosing hair accessories, told me about a buy 3 get 3 free products and made lots of compliments to my baby.

Not the cheapest but good stock and the girls love it!

The lovely shop assistant wearing a Barbie hoodie...gave brilliant customer service....was extremely helpful and kind giving my 2 grandchildren her time, joining in with them as they pretended to be spies...( Oriac & Ekrad,) made it a happy shopping experience for us all.

Massively over priced in my opinion

Great and extremely friendly, got my sons ear peirced and it didn’t take long and it was very painless, and good sanitation of needles and piercer!
