Didn't enjoy watching the shop worker put pressure on the tiny little boy who changed his mind about having his ear pierced last Saturday. He was so scared and she was so horrible to him. Awful customer service. He was just a toddler.

I had a lovely experience in Claire’s Exeter High street today! We were initially help by a lovely lady who was from Jersey and was only there for a day and then the lady who was licenced to pierce ears took over! Both ladies were very knowledgeable and so friendly! Claire’s was actually the 3rd place that day I had approached about piercing my ears and I’m super glad that the first two places were either unhelpful or couldn’t do it!

It's okay in there. It's not as good as what it used to be. It's quite small in there and the earring selection isn't great. It's also actually really expensive, lots of things (such as even pencil cases for example) are anywhere between £15-£20. Nice for girly things and I'm not saying it's rubbish, just not wheat it used to be

My daughter is only 2 she had her ears pierced when she was one. Absolutely good as gold and cried all of a few secs. She never touched them or had a problem until Christmas morning her ear was purple and the 60 pound earing was bent in her ear. I didn't want to go for a cheaper earing on such a precious little girl so I was furious. Took the manager ages to find her paper work in shop even though its supposed to be kept on file. I had a refund of one ear. Left it over a year to heal and re pierced it same store in Exeter. It's only been in a few months and the poor baba is in discomfort the earing is bent again in her ear. So I will be visiting the store again and will certainly never return. The prices you pay which of course you get nothing but the best for your children and its such poor quality jewellery at such a high price. I wouldn't put your child threw it. So just letting other be aware before making a decision. One angry mum!!!

The young lady with the black and blonde hair is always very helpful; she presents her self as a real treasure to claires. Always polite and willing to go the extra mile especially with my indecisive daughters decision making always helping her when she can't decide :))

Cant recommend her enough.

Nicole is very helpful 10/10 would get pierced from her again.

Loads of tat. My daughter loves it. She's 9,so not developed taste yet.
