Staff needs to be bit more clear when they speak as I had trouble understanding what they were saying and a bit of training on how to deal with kids as they can't always be well behaved. Had my daughters ears pierced today and the did excellent job. My daughter was a bit un-steady - she can never sit still however I found that the staff was getting a bit annoyed by it a bit more patience would have been nice hence 2 stars off.

Really disappointed with the service I received today. I brought my sister who is a teenager in to get her ears pierced for her birthday and I was told that she a parent present to sign the forms. I was so confused because I'm 31 years old with ID unfortunately my mother was not able to come. I've never had this problem before and I felt like I was being brushed off.

Went in here yesterday to get nose re done as it previously fell out and closed up. I went and asked if it was available to get it done , the girl said yes have you got ID, I replied yes obviously I had my provisional. She told me i needed a full licence and how my provisional wouldn’t work.. so I basically got told I needed to know how to drive a car in order to get my nose pierced. So unprofessional and so rude as-well definitely wouldn’t bother in here for piercings

Went to exchange some socks that still had the label and everything on them, and I was as nice as possible like my personality is being overly nice in general. And as i was speaking with the cashier the manager suddenly came with this rude voice like I owe her something, I continued to be nice and patient but she was clearly trying to make something simple very hard for me. Never going there again

Hayley took great care and time to ensure the earrings were placed perfectly and was no professional and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the 2nd person who helped but she was polite and helpful too.

We have been there for ear piercing. They were very patient and waited for my 6yo daughter to calm down. No problems so far. The pierced ears have no problems and so far all is great!

Had my daughters ears pierced here. It was clean and well managed. Cleaning advice was slightly more zealous than professional piercers recommend but still a safe and friendly place for ear piercing. Shop conformed to the standard business model for this brand. Definitely not bad.

Poorly managed! I tried to buy something today and walked out of the shop. I don't blame the poor employee, she was on her own and piercing someone's ears but I saw five customers walk out in frustration.

Get more staff!!!
