We had an amazing experience feeding the elephant's 🐘 and Giraffe's 🦒.
Will definitely be returning.

I brought my little girl today to get her ears pierced as an early present for her birthday and could not of been happier. Firstly we were super early which was not an issue and they slotted us in. Secondly they were all amazing with her and really considerate of the additional support she needed. The main girl doing it (really sorry can't remember her name, Tia? Mia?) knew exactly how to deal with my daughters additional needs and gave her all the time in the world. I honestly could not fault them. Thank you so much!

We visited the shop yesterday. They have lovely,kind and helpful staff members. Is inside in the Witghift Shopping Centre. Now they have offer for hair accesories, jevelries. You buy 3 and you will get 3 for free. Also they do ear piercing for children too.

Best claire's I've been to! So enthusiastic and approachable. I went to another branch which had not availability for piercings. So rang this one and was given an appointment time. Was in and out in a short time, being seen a little earlier than our appointment time. Staff were very professional and calming (my daughter was getting a bit nervous) on request they were happy to do both ears at once. Kept talking to her and then both members of staff counted down and did the guns at the same time. After care explained and solution given for healing! Very happy would defiently recommend.
