Wouldn’t recommend for ear piercing. Complete disaster and waste of money. Should look into proper training especially as they provide piercings for infants.

I went here yesterday to buy a nose ring, the nose rings are stored in a locked glass cabinet. I saw a woman at the till serving customers, so I thought I’d ask the only other member of staff who wasn’t speaking with anyone. I didn’t manage to get this girls name, but all I can say to describe her is that she’s a black girl and had long black braided extension hair, with long nails aha, anyway, I walked up to this girl and greeted her with a smile and said “Hi, is there any chance you could unlock the…” to which she gave me a filthy look (as if to say why are you speaking to me) she looked me up and down and frowned at me and walked off whilst rolling her eyes before I’d even had a chance to finish my sentence. I thought right okay, weird. I went to the cabinet to wait for her and she unlocked it and swung the door open looking behind her in the other direction from me so that she wouldn’t have to speak to me. I said “that’s the one, thank you!” and I took it off the rack and stood back so that she could close the cabinet again. The girl shut and locked the door and walked off again. Not one hello? Not a “sure I can do that for you” not one smile? The attitude this girl had was absolutely dreadful, I’ve been in there before with my father who came with me to kingston that day about a year before, she was the exact same to both us. I felt very unsettled and uncomfortable around her as I felt she had something very strong against me even though I’d never spoken to her until yesterday, how she still works there, I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not to mention she was pretending she was doing something before I spoke to her, when actually she was just touching the items on the shelves to make it look like she was busy, she clearly didn’t want to be there, someone needs to speak to her about how she presents herself, I found her very rude, not welcoming at all.

Positive shopping experience, with some good browsing and helpful staff, who advised about a '6 items for the price of 3' deal on hair kit, which we took advantage of.

This used to be good for reasonably priced interesting earnings, now great if you are under the age of 12 I think .
