A very good shop for piercing and accessories. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and the process was very smooth. Mariya is a very lively and helpful girl who took us with the procedure very efficiently. We were very scared about our daughter but it was very easy. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment with Claire's a few days ago to have my ears pierced and when I turned up for the appointment time, the shop was closed with the shutters down. There was no note on the shutters and I arrived well within their opening and closing times. Went to talk to security to know if they knew anything about the shop being closed and they didn't, they said to their understanding and knowledge the shop should be open and there was no indication that it should be closed. Kept walking back and forth throughout my time in Hounslow and still had the same result. Very disappointed they did not make an attempt to inform me of any closure or to ask me if I would like to reschedule to another date.

Horrible horrible staff. The manager called ‘Maria’ is a horrible, rude, lazy, stone hearted person. She has absolutely no mercy for the small infants and the mothers who come all the way to do piercing.
They do not explain the customers properly. I wanted to do piercing for my daughter, they were busy hence asked me to wander about till the person who does piercing comes back, so that their shop is not crowded, later when I returned they refused to do piercing even after pleading them for so long.

Horrible. Never again. You book peircing online and go to shop to be told that the lady that does the peircing dosnt start till later on the day. Why the hell we book online. Further more a new starter that knows nothing and customer service say we pass it on manager to do more internal training. We had to wait an hour an half to get my daughter ears peirced.dont recommend. Avoid

Please be careful they con you its happened to me twice they say you can buy 3 for 3 but charge you for all the products when I questioned them they tried fobbing me off but I showed her receipt and prices on products then they say oh we don't know what happen sorry but twice how can it happen twice at two different times.

Don’t get your ears pierced at Claire’s, very bad, gave me an infection and pierced it in the wrong way.

I always find good variety of choices whenever I visit it. There's always good discount

Ear Piercing:
When my baby was 9 months old we did ear Piercing by paying 65£ , however within 2 days ear rings came out. We were disappointed.
When our baby turned 2 years again we went and did ear Piercing second time, within 1 hour again ear rings are taken out, when we went to shop and asked staff they are rude and said its parents responsibility to teach baby not to touch ears.
How can 2 years baby can listen to parents? They said the ear rings are child lock but within 1 hour how come they are taken out by baby ?

Its really waste of money , we suggest all parents to think twice before going here for ear Piercing.
