I don't use this shop. Never have. Never will. Google keeps putting it on my list of shops visited because I walked past it. I'm a 55 year old man with almost no hair, I have no use for hair scrunchies (unless I'm having a bad pubes day). As for earrings and other sorts of piercings, my genitals are quite happy as they are....... Unable to set off metal detectors at airports!

This Claire's is a very small store but still has a very large range of accessories ranging from hair accessories, to jewellery, bags, socks diary's an many more girly accessories that are well displayed.
They also offer ear piercing services and do dual piercing for children so the piercing is carried out quicker and is less stressful for a child. My daughter had her ears pierced here and was very nervous going in, and staff were very friendly and made her experience a quick and calm experience, she loved them and was very happy with her piercings. (Hair accessory, nails and earrings in the attached picture are all from this store)😊

at 9:20 am on 5th May the lady who served us was absolutely rude! Her attitude was awful and when asking for her kindly to open the piercing cabinet she proceed to slowly just look at us and after pointing at the one we wanted twice she shouted at my mum to come back and show her what one it was. Then getting to the till she said absolutely nothing to us and stood there just waiting for us to pay when we didn’t even know she scanned them. Handed us the receipt and said nothing ! Customer service was absolutely poor.

I dont even want to give them one star, that's how bad they are.

A great shop for buying all sorts of accessories from hair slides and scrunchies through to jewellery such as earrings and bracelets which are non gold but are mainly sterling silver or plated. They also do an ear piercing service and this is a great place if you hav young daughters as there are so many accessories to choose from

Staff are lovely and helpful and always notify you if you can benefit from offers without making you spend more. Like one time I bought 2 pairs of earrings and failed to notice I could have got another pair for free and the girl made sure I knew about the offer so I didn't miss out. Really nice place to shop.

Such friendly service by the shop assistant. Shop is so clean and tidy. Prices were clear to see despite so many small items on sale.

Had both my daughters ear pierced here, the lady lied to me about pricing and charged me £60 each for jewellery, but checked correct pricing online. Then she put the butterfly on too tightly on one of my daughters ears and it began to sink into her flesh. When I went back, they refused help. Better training is needed for staff.
