Watch out everybody because they overcharge you. I took an item to the till that had a price of £7 .. charged £10 for it. I couldn’t quite work out of it was right, and the other lady at the till told me that I was the first person not to complain about prices. I walked out do the shop to my mum and showed the reciept. My mum followed me in with the receipt to see if they would give us a refund. We were told they could not because the manager was not in. When the manager finally arrived she told my mum to “stop shouting at these young ladies”. At no point did my mum shout and i’m sure the other customers in the store would agree. We were then told that if it was in the sale, not all of the computer software had been updated yet. My mum informed her that we had been over priced, which did not go down to well. We were then given our refund and we walked out.

Popped in for one thing, left with 8 as I took advantage of their offers (buy 3 get 3 and 2 for 1). The memeber of staff on was very helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked and tidy. Some things are over priced but that's not the stores fault. Would pop in again.

Monday July 30th. .I went into cheltenham store today..Terrible service..Girl who was supposed to be serving customers and helping was to busy on her phone to help me.she couldn't care less if I was there or not..I walked out. .😠

I was here for my daughter's ear piercing. The girl (name start with kh) who was marking the spot did'nt marked in center one ear resulted uneven piercing. Please avoid with new and inexperienced. Always go with known name as Clair's is indeed a good place. Be little cautious if you are there for piercing.

We had a really good visit today. All three girls were friendly and helpful and the two assistants who pierced our seven year old daughters ears were professional and made her feel relaxed about the experience!

The main walkway is alright, but the sides are very narrow and in my wheelchair, very difficult to get through. It's also incredibly difficult to get past other customers here. Thankfully the staff are always really sweet and helpful, but usually it isn't worth visiting just because of the other clientele and the layout

Got served by the manager (stocky lady, black hair) wearing glasses. she was V rude not interested in saying; thank you, please, is there anything else you need/require. Was busy chatting away to another girl about School Prom, both didnt give a *hit about their customers. The Skinny girl thought she was working for Harrods. Completely rude and not helpful, both of them. Boxes were everywhere, literally from the counter to the floor.
